Unless stated on the item listings, unframed prints are typically received within 3–5 working days. Canvas and framed prints are normally received within 5-7 days.

To help track the progress of your order we provide you with an email receipt, an estimated delivery date and tracking links when your product ships.
Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?
We send tracking information with your shipping notification email when orders are dispatched from our print lab.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD.
The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all as enviro friendly as possible.
Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped?
For hand made notebooks, limited editions and ready to hang I will use Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Yes, but only if you’ve upgraded your service to Recorded or Courier. When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail's Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery - if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you'll need to use the Courier option. Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.
When will my products be delivered?
This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. The Courier option is a next working day service in the UK.
Our unframed prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.
All framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
Our packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we ask that you first check at your local post office and confirm your address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail or DPD depending on the shipping method selected.
What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges in full.
If you have changed your mind, we will be happy to provide a partial refund (purchase cost minus printing costs) and you will need to arrange your own return shipping, which will not be refunded.
